Delicious avocado brownies

What do you need:

  • 1 large avocado
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup dutch processed unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Combine avocado, applesauce, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a blender or food processor. Blend until ingredients are well combined and mixture is lump-free. Grilled pineapple with honey and lime

What do you need:

  • 1 pineapple
  • 4 tablespoons grated coconut without sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Coconut ice cream or sorbet

Cut pineapple into 3/4-inch slabs. This makes about 8 pieces. You can choose to keep the skin on or not, depending on your preferences. Combine the honey and lime juice in a bowl and brush the mixture over the sides of each pineapple chunk. Cook pineapples on a greased grill over medium heat until grill marks appear, about 3 minutes per side. Remove from heat and transfer to serving plates.
