4 steps to avoid a hangover

Well, alcohol does some things in the body that a hangover builds up on. If you simply want to avoid a hangover headache, then you must try Dotshot – Hangover Drink. It consists of natural ingredients and essential vitamins to prevent hangover headache.
Alcohol ethanol lowers glucose levels in the blood and even more so in the brain. Glucose gives the brain most of its energy, so when glucose levels drop dramatically, the results make you feel really crazy. That is why mood swings, fatigue and general weakness are experienced.
Alcohol depletes detox agents in the liver, hopefully no explanation needed. This point is related to the congeners that I will talk about in a few.
Alcohol is a diuretic and horribly dehydrates the body.
Conspecifics don’t help the situation either. I used to think that people who said that certain types of alcohol made hangovers worse were full of just that (I thought so years ago when I didn’t know about it). Well, congeners are, in fact, impurities and toxins found in alcohol. There are more congeners in aged spirits (brown liquor) than in unoaked spirits. Alcohols with MOST congeners are the cheap, shoddy products that don’t distill their product properly, or take shortcuts with ingredients and production, and/or add artificial colors and flavors to the product.
With that being said, here are what I think are the best options for the avid drinker to minimize a hangover and/or help alleviate a hangover when it happens again. Here we go:
1. Eat before, during and after drinking. Lowers the rate of intoxication so you can drink without going from 0 to 60. Never, ever drink on an empty stomach!
2. Drink lots of water! Ideally, drink at least 1 glass of water per drink consumed. Water with added electrolytes works wonders.
3. Quality of the drink! A good buzz and a headache are two different things! Quality drinking results in a quality drinking experience and will get you out of bed in the morning! One more thing I can’t stress enough: just because it’s a popular brand or your favorite rapper drinks, it doesn’t mean the quality of it! Do your own research on brands.
4. Know when to stop drinking. If you’re staggering, slurring, and embarrassed, then maybe you should stop. There’s a reason you have to be an adult to consume alcohol.
But if you just don’t want to try these ways, you can go for Dotshot – Hangover Beverage. It consists of natural ingredients and essential vitamins to prevent hangover headache.
