What is turbo fire?


Turbo Fire is an exercise that uses intervals called HIIT’S and is proven to burn 9 times more fat than regular cardiovascular exercise.

WHAT IS THE SECRET????

Turbo Fire classes include high-intensity interval training (also known as HIIT). These short bursts of all-out effort followed by quick recovery periods are the cutting edge of training for maximum transformation, and have been shown to get results faster than any other type of cardio.

This peak and trough pattern of exertion fires up your metabolism, creating a phenomenon known as the After Burn effect, which is why you can burn up to 9 times more fat and calories with the turbo fire program than any other traditional cardio program you’ve ever tried.

So how it will work is like this. You do a HIIT for a minute, then you can recover for a minute, and then move on to the next workout. So for a minute you have to push it as far as you can. PLUS, the cool part is that when you do a HIIT and then do the Recovery part, your heart rate is still active, so you STILL BURN FAT! That’s what you want, right? Okay, the reason you can burn up to 9 times more fat is because when you do this high-intensity exercise, it’s been shown to keep the After Burn (meaning you burn fat) for MUCH LONGER than regular cardio. .

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN P90X AND INSANITY?

P90x is more of a resistance workout and less Cardio turbo fire is the opposite. Insanity is max interval training, which means it takes high intensity to an insane level. PLUS for beginners Turbo Fire has a modifier so everyone can do this.

HOW LONG DOES TURBO FIRE LAST?

The core package is a 12 week workout BUT if you get the Deluxe package you have an additional 8 weeks for the program. Chalene Johnson (the creator of Turbo Fire) wants you to make this exercise a life plan.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I CAN DO THIS?

Chalene says you can DO IT!!! Just do it that’s all. If you think you got carried away and feel like you’re not ready, do it. Do what you can and that’s it. Remember this is for EVERYONE!! You do it at your own intensity. For example: I do 30 push-ups and then I can’t do any more and you do 25. That doesn’t mean you didn’t try. You did all you could do and you still feel like me. So you don’t need to make a different program before starting this one.

HOW LONG DOES A CLASS LAST?

Well that’s hard to say. Some classes last 15 minutes. I know what you’re saying right now. 15 minutes? That’s not hard, but post-workout you’ll be dying in a good way. However, there are longer classes, but you will give it your all and you will feel great.
