Easy Bread Pudding Recipe – Strawberry Cream Bread Pudding Recipe


You’ll love the flavors of this delicious bread pudding with fresh strawberries, strawberry jam and cream. It’s so easy to make and great for breakfast or dessert.

2 tablespoons melted butter

7 slices of bread from the day before, cut into small pieces

3/4 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

3 eggs

1 1/4 cup milk

3/4 cup light cream

1/4 cup strawberry jam

3/4 cup white sugar

3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted

5 eggs

1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained

2 cans (14 oz.) coconut milk

1 1/2 cups grated coconut, divided

1 loaf French bread, cut into 1-inch cubes

1 pound ground beef

3/4 cup chopped onion

1 clove garlic, crushed

1/4 cup red wine

1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon sea salt

3 eggs

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1/3 cup half and half cream

8 slices of day-old bread, cubed

1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth

1/4 cup Romano cheese, grated

1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

Set aside a 2-quart saucepan.

Crumble ground beef into a large skillet and cook over medium heat. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir until meat is evenly browned. Drain excess fat.
