The tablet will also integrate with iFit LIVE for a better graphics experience while running global trails on your trainer.

While you still get a heavy 23-pound flywheel for added stability, Nordictrack has removed some of the bulk in the base of this trainer.

Nordictrack has also added more training programs to the new model (32 in total). If you don’t plan on using iFit LIVE, this is a great way to continuously challenge yourself.

#5 Improved Stride Adjustment

One of the best things about this elliptical is that you can choose from 3 different stride lengths: 18, 20, and 22 inches. This means that you can find a great option for yourself, or for any member of the family.

Stride adjustment has been made a bit easier with knobs located on the lower training arms. In fact, you can set them in quarter-inch increments to really customize your stride length.
