A comparison between the HTC One X and the Samsung Galaxy S3

If you are an Android fan and looking for a faster smartphone, this is the right article for you. I am going to compare two of the newest and most powerful smartphones today. I mean the HTC One X and the Samsung Galaxy S3.

Let’s start with your exhibits. The HTC One X includes a 4.7 “Super IPS LCD2 touchscreen with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels and a pixel density of 312 ppi. On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy S3 features a 4.8 Super AMOLED display. “Larger with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels and pixel density of 306 ppi. The One X may have a smaller screen (by only 2 “) but has higher pixel density. The Galaxy S3 may have a larger screen (by only 2”) but has lower pixel density for only 6 dpi. . If you look at it, they are both winners in the display screen category.

Now let’s move on to your processors and memory. The One X includes a powerful Nvidia Tegra 3 quad-core processor that runs at 1.5 GHz. It comes with 32GB of storage space and 1GB of RAM. On the other side of the equation, the Galaxy S3 comes in 3 memory capacity variants (16, 32 and 64 GB) and 1 GB of RAM. But again, unlike the One X, you can add more storage space via the phone’s microSD card slot. You can also add up to 64GB of memory on this phone. And it doesn’t end there. Yes, you can also choose to use 50GB of storage space over the air, courtesy of DropBox. When it comes to processor, the One X outperforms the Galaxy S3. But when it comes to memory, the Galaxy S3 beats the One X by a mile or so.

Moving on, let’s talk now about your cameras. Again, I’ll start with the One X. It has an 8MP shutter with a resolution of 3264 x 2448 pixels and can record video at 1080 pixels and 30 frames per second (fps). Stereo sound recording for your videos is also available on this phone. It also includes a 1.3MP (720 pixels) front shutter. On the other hand, the Galaxy S3 includes an 8MP shutter with a resolution of 3264 x 2448 pixels and the same video recording capacity at 1080 pixels and also at 30 frames per second. But its front camera is slightly taller than the One X at 1.9 MP (720 pixels). They both have the same 8MP main camera, but the S3 has a slightly better front camera. But then again, it’s all about the main camera when it comes to smartphones.

Last but not least, these two powerful smartphones are equipped with the same powerful and newer Android operating system (Ice Cream Sandwich). You can enjoy all the benefits of this operating system on these phones.

This is my brief comparison of the HTC One X and the Samsung Galaxy S3.
